Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new items that are scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.
Yes, we ship all over the world.
We currently ship to all 50 United States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes and select U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).
We do ship to international addresses, however, the customer will be responsible for all freight, duties & handling fees.
We do not currently offer free shipping within the USA.

If you choose free ground shipping, your order will arrive in 4 - 7 business days (domestic orders only).
Orders placed before 11am PST Monday to Friday will ship that day.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.
We use USPS, UPS, and DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We ship from our warehouse in California.
Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of receiving the item. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take you through the process.
The items must be undamaged and returned with their original packaging and tags.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days for shipping from when we receive your item in our warehouse.
*Please note, we do not currently offer free shipping for returns or exchanges.
Step 2 - We'll send you a return / exchange authorization form. Print this out and place in the box with the item (including this enables us to process your return faster).
Once we receive your item and it meets the conditions above, you will be issued a refund / exchange.
